Bolt Bis-Tris Plus gels come in four polyacrylamide concentrations: 8%, 10%, 12%, and 4–12% gradient. The gels can be run using Bolt MES or MOPS SDS running buffer to obtain different separation ranges. Bolt Bis-Tris Plus gels consist of a neutral pH-buffered (pH 6.4) polyacrylamide gel and have an operating pH of about 7.0. Bolt Bis-Tris Plus gels also come in four different well formats: 10, 12, 15, and 17 wells.
